1. Please get in touch with Altos Buenos Aires in order to settle arrival date and period of time you will stay. Within 48 hs. you will receive our reply on availability of choosen apartment for the requested period of time.

2.Your reserve will be considered effective filling the formulaire (Form of mail) where is a must to indicate all passagers name, passport numbers, age and address for each one of them; the person that will act as responsible for the reserve needs to be capable legally to enter into a contract and be financially solvet to respond for the payement of the service contracted with us.

3.According to the period of time you will stay, the reserve is valid since a 30% of the total contract amount is received by us or a total of one (1) full month in case your stay will be longer than that; reserver will be in American Dollars or equivalent amount in Argentina Pesos and transfered to us thru Wester Union of Bank transfer. Since the reserve is effectively received, Altos Buenos Aires will book your choosen period of time for the requested apartment.

4. In case you need to cancell this booking and this cancellation is requested by the responsible for the contract, Altos Buenos Aires will not reinburse the reserve unless the request is done with 30 or more in advance, and in such case, the reimbursement will be for a 50% of the received reserve.

5.If for any reason the cancellation comes from the propietor of the apartment and/or Altos Buenos Aires, you can (a) request and receive the full amount of your reserve the one will be transfered to you or (b) ask to apply such reserve to any other apartment of similar characteristics. Both the propietor and Altos Buenos Aires reserve for themselves the right to admit or not the passagers at the arrival.

6. Rental prices indicated are subject to be modified up to 3 (three) months before effective arrival and apartment is occupied by the passenger/s.

7. All rental prices indicated by Altos Buenos Aires are in American Dollars; both the rental and the warrancy amount need to be done in this same currency.

1. Dedicated staff from Altos Buenos Aires will be waiting for you at the choosen apartment on requested time and date at your arrival. A 72 hs. advanced information about this is requested to be informed to us. You will be requested to sign a rental contract at the check-in with the propietor and a copy of it will be for you.

2.An full inventory will be checked out and signed, the one details all belongings present at the apartment, valued at replacement tariffs.

3.At the time the contract is signed you will need to cash the balance (70% of the contract) as well as a warrancy deposit.

4. The above mentioned deposit is considered as a Warrancy, equal in amount to the rental of your full requested period and with a maximum amount of one month, the one will be held in custody by the propietor and reimbursed to you at the check out after inventory is checked out, and the apartment proves to be in same condition as has been received by you at the entrance.

5. You will receive at the check in the keys for your choosen apartment as well as any special indications on his functionallity, information about the are you will be living, emergency telephone numbers and othe important information that will be helpfull to make your stay more confortable.

6.In cae you will need to decide to extend your stay at the choosen apartment, you will need to inform us as much advanced as possible and if the apartment is available for the extended period of time, a new contract will be signed for such period.

7. In the eventual case you need to reduce your stay, remaining days until contract is finnished will not be reimbursed, partially neither totally,

8. In case the rental will be for more than 2 (two) months, you will pay each month in advance and the warrancy amount will be agreed prevously. If you decide to cancell your contract anticipatly the amount deposited as warrancy will be kept by the propietor as a compensation and not reimbursed for any reason.

9. Both check in and check out can be effective at any time, if such time was previously informed and agreed with Altos Buenos Aires with reasonable anticipation. It is considered as normal check in hours at 1 pm and check out at 10 a.m. If your stay will take more than two hours after 10 a.m., half rental day will be requested to be payed or if such period exceeds 6 to 12 hous, a full rental day will be payable. Additional stay if not requested and agreed within reasonable anticipation will be subject to availability of the propiety and the right of admission.

10. A normal tolerance of 45 minutes at the check in is considered. If this time will be exceeded or your arrival will be different from the previously agreed hours, please get in touch with Altos Buenos Aires in order to coordinate a new check in hour.

From 7 pm till 10 pm - U$D 10 charge
From 10 pm till 9 am next day - U$D 20
Sundays and holidays - U$D 20
Check Out: From 9 am to 7 pm - No charge

12. Published rental prices by Altos Buenos Aires include building expenses, municipal taxes, water, electricity, gas and cable TV (if such service is included as normal), telephone service (considered as basic service, consumptions not included), room cleaning and blanket service once a week. If you need Internet service connection, you need to request it previously and this service is consedered an extra.

13. If for any case provided information about any passenger or any other data is false, both for passengers or responsible person who has signed the rental contract, the service and rental will be automatically cancelled with no right of reimbursment of any money (reserve,rental, or warrancy)

14. It is normally agreed that the apartment has to be left at the check out in same sound condition as received, full inventory and clean.

15. All apartments are handled bed blankets included , bath towells for each passenger with one weekly change. Apartment cleanning service is considered included in the rental price for a minimum of one week stay.

16. Along your stay, dedicated staff from Altos Buenos Aires is available in order to reply any answer you might have or help you with any trouble if such case appears.

17. Since your booking is effective you agree and accept to all Terms, conditions, privacy policies, reserve and cancelling conditions from Altos Buenos Aires.
